I provide consultative management services to non-profit-human service organizations specializing in Organizational Change Management, Cultural Competency Development, Diversity Management, Staff Development and Strategic Planning Development. My major focus is on the integration of organizational/agency culture(s) with program delivery to ensure a “real” reflection of mission and the delivery of quality services internally and externally. I assist organizations to develop strategies around practices of inclusion, staff empowerment and skill building in cultural competency between staff and between staff and clients. In addition, I assist organizations increase community visibility to funders and improve services to under-represented clients thus positioning them for greater funding opportunities and broader program development. As a result of over 30 years of experience in non-profit-human service organizations and funders of these organizations, I have developed intellectual property that is the only known comprehensive systemic process that addresses the unique needs of human service agencies and assists them to develop strategies which address the issues of integrity in the “human to human” interface so unique to the field. Implementation of these strategies ensures dynamic and dramatic results in improved quality of services, solid positioning for funding opportunities and increased staff knowledge and morale while incorporating the fundamental principles of diversity and inclusion. From the middle to late '90's, I founded and served as Chairperson for the Citizen's Alliance Against Racism (CAAR) successfully resulting in dramatic change in the educational processes for minority students in the Amsterdam, NY school system. Over the course of the following years, I have successfully brought education, training, insight, and management change to staff, managers, and executives of diverse non-profit-human services organizations.
