Juggler,clown,mother,writer,radio presenter, poet, musician, teacher, performer, presenter of Brighton Phlux for over a year Director and Founder member of BHCR A show every week called Your Voice Matters on BHCR running for over 9 years A show called Mind Out People working with spoken word with Brighton Mad Poets running for over 7 years A show called Anything and Everything working with my special needs daughter running for over 3 years I have had much experience in editing and have my own H2 recorder not the worlds best but the best I can afford and am familiar with audacity and audition (formally called Cool Pro Edit) and have learnt a vast amount about radio and sound since I started in 2003 I am a gold member of the Institute of Community Reporters based in Salford I am in Equity and am also a teacher for 35 years I have taught IT skills to many community people and they have ranged between the ages of 3 years till 90 years Other Performing Work Have performed in my own show internationally for over 39 years starting in 1979 till 2012 Was in The Garden by Derek Jarman but unfortunately he died after the takes and our bit was cut out although he liked he very much Have performed in theatres such as Thorndyke Theatre, Wimbledon Theatre, and in 2012 was an extra in Spamalot at The Theatre Royal, and a performer for the Tarner Project, performing poetry at Brighton Dome Pavilion theatre. Was stage manager for two years in college on various productions for our degree work plus was sound person for Iambic Theatre production this year on a Franz Kafka production. Also I am an educational director and station manager for Brighton and Hove Community Radio . I am a team worker and am willing to learn as much as I can. I have also been producer, director and stage manager in various productions for companies such as Campus holidays which put on big community productions. I have performed hundreds of shows over the 32 years of performing in many spaces such as schools,colleges, libraries, circus, festivals including Glastonbury and more including international ones, ferries, hotels, palaces, stately homes, gardens, cellars ect in various countries including Russia, Canada, Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Ireland, Scotland, Yugoslavia, America to name some of the countries.
