It was an effortless plunge to articulate my fervour for travel and give it a rightful place over the cubicle, which I survived for 5 years! It is ironic and comforting to have found myself most grounded while meandering in ‘un-treaded’ locations – gathering diverse experiences and getting completely submerged in the ‘local-ness’ of places! Inspirations are everywhere – in stories from auto drivers, anecdotes from street-vendors, lives of bus seat sharers and writing was a natural extension of all my travels. My work has been featured in publications such as Lonely Planet, Daily News Analysis, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Mint Lounge, Go Air & Deccan Herald amongst others. I also develop regular online content for Mahindra Homestays and some international travel journals such as Fair Observer & Romar Traveller. My current interest in script writing has resulted in developing the narrative for two travel documentaries and corporate Audio Visuals. Content development for websites, SEO specific articles, blogs & brochures in various spheres fill my ‘travel-less’ days. You can find my published work on this site under various categories. I am also associated with a decade old Bangalore(India) based adventure travel company, Getoffurass, for which I handle two sub-ventures – Photography Onthemove and Getoff Destinations!
