Steve was an early proponent of agile methods. Early on, he understood how software engineering teams could use them to encourage professional practices within software development. Steve is a Professional Scrum Trainer, Accredited Kanban Trainer and a Kanban Coaching Professional. He has worked directly with thought-leaders Ken Schwaber and David J Anderson. Over the past two decades, Steve has handled various application development roles including development manager, developer, scrum master and product owner. He was most recently the product owner for TeamPulse, Telerik’s agile project management tool. Steve has practical experience with the numerous elements that result in successful delivery and the pitfalls that can lead to a project not meeting expectations. Today, Steve travels the world as a mentor, trainer and coach to help software teams make improvements to their delivery practices though the implementation of application lifecycle management processes.
