Stephen Coyle, Town-Green [www.town-green.com], an architect, urbanist, community planner, developer, and author, has designed, entitled, and developed projects at the building, block, neighborhood, community and regional scale. He directs and manages projects throughout the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. A former United States Marine, Steve shares three National American Planning Association awards and multiple state and local awards and honors. An international leader in climate-adaptative design, Steve authored sustainability plans and Sustainable and Resilient Communities: A Comprehensive Action Plan for Towns, Cities, and Regions, John Wiley & Sons. Co-founder of the National Charrette Institute [www.charretteinstitute.org] and contributing author to the Charrette Handbook, he remains a leader in public engagement, and the creation of jobs/supply chain capacity building in a cross-disciplinary approach.
