Susandoodles

Born and raised in Missouri, I continue to learn about life. I started on the farm, graduated with a BJ from MU, married, and returned to college to earn teacher certification and later a masters in curriculum and instruction. I have taught public, private and alternative education with an emphasis on Communication Arts, especially dyslexia, and Social Studies before retiring in 2015. During the last years of teaching, I began the Course of Study which I completed and have served as a United Methodist licensed local pastor. Here it is 2023, and I am retiring again, this time from the appointment system as a pastor. I am returning to blogging because thoughts continue to race through my brain. They range from faith, to education, to cooking, to family, to lifestyle. The range of topics is broad but it reflects live in today's world.
