Douglas Skinner

I, Douglas Skinner, after the fashion of my brother in Christ, pseudographia, make this introduction to my blog. I don't think I am by temperment a blogger. I come from an earlier tradition wherein holding forth at the dinner table--a la Dr. Johnson--could be considered blogging before the age of the Internet. I name this blog after after Johnson's Rambler essays for which I have always had the greatest admiration. For me, Johnson via The Rambler, served as a pre-evangelist who prepared the ground for my eventual acceptance of Christianity.
