I am the proud Mom of a gay trans son, the light of my life! I am an LGBT ally and activist. I am exploring spiritually, having left the Roman Catholic Church last year after over half a century. I'm an American Independent voter who likes to think before I vote rather than just punch a ticket. I'm a disabled person who struggles, like many, to make ends meet, in a country where the poor and the sick are increasingly marginalized and neglected. I'm a radical and a proud 'bleeding heart liberal'.
