Michelle Noehren

Michelle Noehren, founder of Connecticut is Kind, is passionate about creating and sustaining kindness-focused communities. She is the leader of Colchester is Kind, a local community group, and formerly created and led the non-judgmental online community Connecticut Working Moms. She holds a master's degree in organizational psychology from the University of Hartford and focused her studies on how to develop positive workplace culture. When not working or volunteering, she loves to read, roller skate, write, and dream up new ideas.
