I'm a 20-something, Master's Degree student in Southern California. Over the past couple of years, I've developed a love of exercise, nutrition and have even toyed with the idea of becoming a personal trainer. More recently, I've discovered I'm a pretty decent cook and have been able to create enjoyable meals that are easy and affordable (I am, after all, a starving student). I've also taken more time to focus on myself and realized that part of living healthy is taking time to do things you enjoy - no matter how big or small. I want to share these healthy living tricks with all of you!
