I am a daughter, wife, mother, mentor and friend. I am also the founder and director of Seized by Hope ministries, where I am dedicated to launching people on an empowering journey of hope and equipping them to offer it to others. I speak and write regularly on relational issues such as shame, contempt, sexual abuse and how to recover and reclaim your relationship with God and with yourself.
