My name is Leighann and I have been married for about 4 years to Caleb who is an amazing man and all women are jealous of me... Well maybe they are not but they should be (in my humble opinion). We are both full time college students and work; him full time and me part time. I am a child wrangler although the politically correct terminology would be babysitter/nanny. Despite the fact that I often leave covered in various bodily excretions (I will spare you the details… use your imagination) I absolutely love my job. Caleb is currently employed by the doomed USPS as a city letter carrier. (He is fond of saying he is a professional dog-fighter. I say tom-A-to you say to-mought-o…) I study community counseling and hope to work with victims of human trafficking, specifically children who have been trafficked. He is pre-med and sent in his applications for medical school at the beginning of the summer so we are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be getting the call for interviews very soon! He wants to provide care to underserved populations both here and abroad. Currently we love hiking, biking, cooking, spelunking, photography, snorkeling, reading, river rafting/canoeing, attempting (key word there) home improvement projects, dabbling in stone masonry, and working together to help build my small jewelry business. I make all types of jewelry as well as various other home décor products crafted from wire and sell them in my Etsy shop. You can find my shop at www.designsbyleighann.etsy.com.
