I grew up, taught middle school, and raised my children in Birmingham, Alabama. When my youngest headed off to college, I packed my Honda and drove south. Made it to Pensacola and found a job and something unexpected-love. 💘 Now we're back in sweet home Alabama and live in Orange Beach where I enjoy my two dreams: living on the Gulf Coast and writing. A little known fact about me is that I grow pineapples! Started with one, now I have a pineapple "plantation." Well, not really a plantation. I guess thirty plants qualify as more of a farm. Or an obsession. Speaking of obsessions, I love all things related to college football–especially Alabama football. In the fall, my mantra is Roll Tide. 🐘
