My name is Jacobus Adlerhölt. My interests include science evidence for everyday life activities, physical activity for life and mental improvement, concerns for the environment and anti-pollution, non-violence, arts which uplift the human spirit. I do not think that my ideas are unique or new. My wish is to collect, read and discuss things of interest in a post-Facebook, and non-instant message world.
