With 23 years of Information Technology experience, the last 9 years in Architecture design and team leadership roles, I have coached and built strong development and support teams in mid to enterprise-sized "shared" development environments. I currently specialize in helping companies adopt and "own" Microsoft Office Share Point Server or MOSS as well as move safely from MOSS to another system if they feel it is required. Many of the recent projects I have lead have had demanding requirements with regard to SoX compliance, PCI regulatory rules and the ability to departmentally manage and utilize MOSS as a knowledge and collaboration base.
