Ross Mavis

A freelance writer and accomplished chef who fled from the north end of Vancouver Island to experience life in the fast lane while living and working in Toronto. After five years, escaped the Big Smoke of Toronto to live with wife Willa on the banks of the St. John River, NB at the foot of Pancake Hill, Kings County. It is here he resides in this rural piece of heaven. He and his wife Willa owna and operate Inn on the Cove & Spa in Saint John. The couple also hosted and produced 135 half hour cooking shown on PBS and published 'Tides Table' Cookbooks under the same name.
