I’m a young professional in Washington, DC working for a great non-profit advocacy organization that works on women's health issues around the world. I’m a political and foreign policy junkie. I love traveling around the world, I've been all over Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Ukraine), have visited the Middle East (Jordan, Israel, (Tel Aviv, East Jerusalem)) and have just recently returned from my first trip to Sub-Saharan Africa (Malawi). I’m an East Coast girl now, but I spent the first 21 years of my life living in metro Detroit (As such I’m in love with the Chrysler motto of “Imported from Detroit”). I received my B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University 2009 (Go Green!). I'm currently working on a masters degree at GWU.
