Renee Garrison is an award-winning author and the former Architecture Critic of The Tampa Tribune. In addition to two Communication Awards from the American Institute of Architects, Renee won a Gold Medal in the 2017 Florida Authors and Publishers President's Book Awards for her Young Adult novel, "The Anchor Clankers." She won a second Gold Medal in 2021 for the sequel, "Anchored Together." She is the Past President of the Florida Authors & Publishers Association.
