I'm a creative entrepreneur wearing many hats: I make things (mostly out of fabric), write about textiles and fiber art on my blog (www.rayela.com), am a henna artist, and founded TAFA: The Textile and Fiber Art List (www.tafalist.com) and Artizan Made (www.artizanmade.com). I've been working with the handmade community since 1988. I love the products, the people and my hope is to contribute towards economic development opportunities in the communities represented.
