Kai

My name is Kai, which means Ocean in Hawaiian. Funny that I'm a runner that stays on land for the most part. I'm a Freshman student athlete at Seattle University where I am pursuing an Environmental Studies Major. Although originally from Hawai'i, I am now based in Seattle where I live, run, and study. In addition I'm a vegan that advocates for a plant based diet. These are my passions and I hope you'd like to read about them.
