I am: Mom of 2 wonderful teenage boys, yoga teacher, ayurveda teacher, wife, business partner, coach, entrepreneur, published author. I practice restorative yoga, meditation and active yoga. I love to sing, to swim, to walk in the woods with my family, including my beautiful golden retriever. I love to empower others to be their truest self. I work at living with intention.
