I hope to share some experiences and maybe some useful information in Photography. I was invited to add my ideas to Miserere's site and for me, this will be a work in progress. I encourage debate and would love to hear from anyone that can offer a different point of view. As someone once said, "the day we stop learning, is the day we die" I'm always open to learning. I started this journey with photography as a teenager in the 1970's. It began with making short animated movies from still images. Later I built a full darkroom and did my own colour and black and white printing and developing. The early cameras were all manual Pentax and Canon's. After a few years the cameras were upgraded to the famous Pentax 6x7 camera's and LX systems. Today I shoot with Pentax DSLR's and 2 Pentax 35mm film cameras. Chosen mostly because they offer great backward compatibility, weather-seals and in body anti shake. I joined a partnership with 2 other Videographers and Third Stone Productions of Halifax NS began. Full Still and Video wedding services. My work has been sold locally and internationally. I have also donated work to charity and would be happy to offer prints to a worthy cause. Today I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I've been working in this field for almost 25 years. I specialize in landscape, wildlife photography also weddings, portrait and commercial work.
