I love sunny side eggs, as much as I loved them poached, unfortunately I get them wrong all the time, but I'll keep trying. I love international flavors, and though I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to, I am lucky to have friends from different parts of the world. They don't mind sharing their stories as long as you're willing to listen, and I am always willing to listen, learn and cook. I love to cook with ingredients I've never tried before, and I love challenging myself in the kitchen.
