A *cough* 30 *cough* something, with a mouth that just flies away all on its own. Genuine and trusting yet sceptical and eternally cynical all at the same time! Mother to the weirdly unique but gorgeous Benji (bettyechelon.com...go read his blog...insight into this bizarre creature I have helped to create). Not so lucky with my health over recent years - it gets me down at time - the rest of the time I am the first person to laugh at myself! I love to laugh, I love people that make me laugh, and like 90% of people alive think that I'd make a great double act with my best friend...or even my son! But 90% of us really can't be that funny...so the probability is that I'm nowhere near as funny as I think I am. I live in Winchester - gorgeous historical city, with a beautiful cathedral and amazing countryside on my doorstep. Populated with a mix of mostly nice people, but with a surprisingly high number of the kind of narrow-minded bigots that make me lose all comprehension of how people think. I have been told many times by Ben that I should blog...I never have as I don't think I have much of anything to say! But why not!? Most of what i write will be inane drivel. It's true, I wont lie, and as any of you who follow me on Twitter or have me on Facebook will testify, I do mostly spout rubbish, and often totally inappropriate comments! Luckily those closest to me share my humour so there's usually someone to find it amusing with me ;) I guess this is about it, except to say that i will at times write about things I feel strongly about, and I will have strong opinions. I am open to the other side of the story. Always....so long as it is an intelligent thought out argument and you know your facts. I am not infallible and sometimes I may make an error, but just bear in mind these are my opinions, my values and my principles so play nicely or you wont be allowed to stay for playtime again. But I do welcome all healthy debates..obviously agreeing with me would be more than welcome :D Be gentle, I'm new to this, and you probably don't need to tell me that I'm talking bollox, or that I'm boring...chances are i will already know!
