I've described myself as a writer of romance and mystery, which does describe what I've published in the past. Currently though, my writing has been slow to non-existent. As so many of us do, I've been making changes, planned and unplanned in my life. I did plan on retiring to write full time. The timing moved up though when I woke up one morning unable to walk across the parking lot to get to my job. I've had a mind boggling amount of physiotherapy and massage which has made a huge difference but - not enough to get me back to work or spinning tales of --- anything. Parkinson's mixed with arthritis in my neck mean I'm off on disability. I do have a lot more time to think up stories but sitting down to write them - not so much. So I've watched as the world ground to a halt with Covid-19 and found ways of dealing with it. And now - vaccinations - with governments racing to get citizens vaccinated as variants make Covid-19 easier to catch than ever. With luck, I'll be vaccinated by the end of this week. In the meantime - I do like online shopping.
