Sailor Mike

Hey all! My name is Mike or "Sailor Mike" on this blog owing to one of my favorite hobbies: Ocean Sailing. Recently I joined a sort of club called Offshore Passage Opportunities, a company that hooks up experienced sailors like myself with folks with sailboats that are planning an offshore passage and that require crew. Through OPO I've been able to do some really cool passages on some very nice boats, virtually for free. This blog, begun 11/21/11, describes these passages.
