I am a 50-something woman who likes to think she knows what she's doing, and who has had the good fortune to retire early. If I pinch my pennies, I can remain retired. I enjoy exploring what it means to be thrifty and to live a bit of a minimalist lifestyle. I am a dancer and a writer. I'm a quilter who sews herself a dress now and then.
