I am passionate about encouraging people to live into their potential, grow through challenges, become more aware of the Source of Love (that I call God) at work in their lives, and make choices that align with what really matters to them through workshops, conversations, and writing. After practicing law for the early part of my career, I co-founded Well for the Journey, a spiritual wellness center in the Baltimore area, that offers innovative programming to nourish the spirit in everyday life. I hold a law degree from Emory University School of Law, an MA in Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Loyola University Maryland, and am a certified Conscious Aging instructor.
