I've been cooking since I was a little girl. Over the years I've refined it. I've learned that home grown tastes much better plus I know what went into my food or more importantly what DID NOT go into my food. For me, cooking is a pleasure. Good food in makes me a healthier, happier person. I want to share my recipes with you as a healthier alternative to what is out there and I hope you have as much fun making it as I do. While I haven't been crocheting or sewing as long as I have been cooking, I hope you will take a look at some of my posts on clothing and other items I've made as well.
