I answer questions about biological data using computational approaches. At present I focus on Next-generation sequencing data & how this data can be used to answer questions about disease. Previously I focused on structural data. I write pretty some descent Python code. I manage Linux servers in context of configuration, security, web services & data management. I also get to play around in High Performance Computing environments.
