Happily single 30-something in Fort Wayne, IN. I have three degrees: BA, MA (English) and MFA (Creative Writing, Fiction). And for some reason, am recently obsessed with French and Latin. Might even get a French degree. I love old school new wave, post punk, alternative--lots of names, same bands. I think I would die without satellite radio. My favorite bands include: The Smiths, Joy Division, Heaven 17, Peter Murphy, The Clash, and I could go on, but that's why I have a blog now. I am also a voracious reader. I like literary fiction, contemporary, Victorian and Edwardian, primarily. Non-fiction is interesting, too. I am published. Poetry forthcoming Spring 2011 in the Tenth Muse. I write scholarly essays, but am focusing on getting my down and dirty fiction together so it, too, can find readers.
