Melissa is on her way to becoming a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Things that make Melissa's body feel good is time spent with her man, Paul and doggy-man, Darth, Iyengar yoga, fruits and veggies grown in her garden and quality moments spent with loved ones. Her love language is quality time and acts of service. So if you're lucky you might find her in her kitchen cooking up something yummy to share with those that mean the most to her.
