Meggan Rorvig

I am originally from a small town south of Kansas City. I left the bright lights of Harrisonville to attend the University of Missouri in Columbia. Not only did I receive my bachelors' degrees from Mizzou, I also attended graduate school there as well. My Tiger roots go even deeper as I had the privilege of being employed by Mizzou as well. Not only did I receive an outstanding education, I also had the opportunity to further develop my public relations and marketing skills while working for the University. I have further developed these skills through my career as a project manager for Ascend Integrated Media. Most recently, my dream of working in the nonprofit world came true when I became a development professional, first by serving as a community manager of development for the American Cancer Society and now by serving as a development manager of membership at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. When I am not working, I enjoy volunteering, as well as biking, running, reading, watching movies and Mizzou football games, and spending time with family and friends.
