This is a version of my cooking explorations and experiments, many of them are works-in-process. I sometimes use ingredients in different measures and may be yet to find the optimal one and I assume that if you share in my experiments, you would not be totally raw in cooking. I also assume that the ingredients used here are easily available - as they are in India. I hope to keep word-usage user-friendly enough, but a lot of regional ones creep in. Do let me know how the collection here can be improvised!
