A technical writer and customer trainer for over 13 years, mostly within the aerospace industry, I am presently disabled and unable to work. I write from home for different writing sites and companies, including law firms and doctor offices. I have won international awards for some of my written pieces, including the Knight Center for Excellence in Journalism Award.. With over 3500 article sales to publishers, I try my utmost to improve my writing with each new article, and to help as many writers as I possibly can to improve their craft as well. I am now writing for an IT start-up in Toronto (from home) and contractually for new franchise start-ups, mainly the manuals that they need to have to be accepted into the Franchisee Association of Canada.
