I’m a work in progress, seeking to become who I really am. I’m someone who loves people and exploring cultures and who cares deeply about our world; I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to expand my consciousness. I’m someone who longs for social justice and a heart-centered world. At times I’m a dreamer, and a believer in magic and infinite possibilities. At times I’m deeply pessimistic and feel despair about the inequities in the world. At times I’ve marched and lobbied to “change the world” or worked on behalf of the marginalized or disenfranchised. But now, my ambition is more simple: to give myself permission to write and to blog as a vehicle to explore what lies inside; perhaps to find the marginalized parts in me, or even some hidden treasures. Maybe connect some dots or find some freedom. ….And maybe, just maybe….to have some fun! (Dare I?)
