Namasté! and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Hazel Lynn Thompson. I developed Find Inner Balance to help promote positive changes for a healthy body, mind and spirit, by empowering clients to become the best they can be. Through personal development classes, life coaching, spiritual counseling, energy bodywork and massage therapy, you, too, can "Find Inner Balance." The passion to help others in the healing process comes from my own healing journey and experiences with deep emotional pain. Over the past 25 years, that journey has led me to many wonderful teachers, and it has helped me to understand, and to begin to develop, as well as use, my gifts and abilities. I studied and became certified as a Reconnective Healing® and Reconnection® Practitioner with Dr. Eric Pearl (http://thereconnection.com/). I am a certified therapeutic and medical massage therapist, an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Lighterian Reiki Master and Esoteric Healer. I have trained as a life coach, spiritual counselor, past life regressionist, channel and medium. My work has evolved out of a strong desire to help others find the tools for their own healing, happiness and balance on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. When clients share stories of how something they learned in class or a reading they received helped them make positive changes in their life, or how the massage or healing treatments they received has made them feel so much better, I realize the fulfillment of that desire.
