I am a spiritual being having an human experience. Being diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases 7 years ago rocked my world. Having been a type A personality who is driven, focused and works at 300 km per hour, slowing down was a new concept for me. This diagnosis helped me to take a new direction in life. This new path has a foundation of gratitude, humility and appreciation. A full understanding that everything in life that we believe challenges us actually helps us to grow an learn. Nothing in life is impossible and only what you believe to be your reality will prevail. While many experiences are given to us to assist us in finding our true path a lot of what we engage with in life is in our hands and our responsibility to change. I am a creative, intelligent, tenacious person who embraces life on every level. I do not choose to allow anything in life to challenge me too much. I have been walking the beautiful Red Road for the last 10 years. Walking the Red Road is a determined act of living within the Creator's instructions. Basically, it is living a life of truth, humbleness, respect, friendship, and spiritually. Those on this road are by no means walking a perfect path, but are in search of self-discovery and instructions.
