I am a reader, a traveler, a mother and wife. I am a writer who thinks too much, a heretical Christian (retired clergy), somewhere left of Democrat politically. I rather like cliches as they are usually true even if they are ubiquitous. I like big words, but brief sentences. I am a devoted exaggerator, but hate excess drama (I often sound angrier in writing than I really am). My favorite things in the world are my two sons. I am pleased to be a 60's era Baby Boomer, and I'm pretty sure the Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about.
