Fulltime farmer, fulltime mum, fulltime grandma, fulltime public servant....eeekkk!! No wonder I am tired! We keep stud Welsh black, traditional Jersey and Dexter cattle plus a few purebred Wagyu (their F1 offspring grace our table) Stud Dorper sheep, a few East Friesian sheep for milk (cheese making) lots of rare breed heritage chooks and ducks; Maremma Livestock Guardians; Berkshire, Large Black and Wessex Saddleback stud pigs; a few Huacaya Alpaca (for their divine black fleece and as flock companion guards). A busy but extraordinary life.
