Hi, I am the mother of two wonderful and terrible kids, married to a very special man who helps me broaden my horizons with great love and support. We have recently moved to California, and it is a great challenge to bring the best of us to this new country. For 15 years, I have been learning and working on what bring health and pleasure to people. Food at first, with my scientific background in nutrition, and always learning as my professional journey brought me to a culinary world embedded in one of the most prestigious university in the world.
