Received a Bachelor of Applied Scence in Busness in fall of 2010. I do a lot of community volunteer work. First at AWA - the Alaska Worker's Assocation - a benefit program for low-ncome workers, suppling supplmental food, good quality used clothing, legal representation and medical care for people with no health insurance. Secondly, I do volunteer work for the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, and I am policially active in and for the GLBT community. In 2011, I was one of three people to spearhead the commttee that launched a scientific-backed discrimination survey of the the Gay, Lesbain and Transgendered Community in the Municipality of Anchorage.. I am the mother of six chldren, and have grandchildren. I make jewelry and write poetry, short stores and essays, and have a blog at with my poetry, short stores and a journal blog.
