I am a professional storyteller. I have been telling stories to anyone who will listen since 1987. I tell about MY GAL SAL who lives in a white house painted green with two front doors on the back. I tell stories about Kate who was named Queen of the Yukon and was a flaming red head (literally). I tell stories about my grandpa and grandma and about how the turkeys turned blue and the trout got its fur. I write and tell tales about the guys down at the mini mart and sometimes I even tell true stories although I am inclined to say that there is some truth in every story. I live out in the country and tell about that too. I have been known to scare the daylights out of ya or to make you laugh and sometimes cry. I like to tell stories with my sister Cora Ciampi and will tell you this whole thing is her fault. I am at present the president of NH Storytelling Alliance, a founding member of Central New Hampshire Storytelling Guild, a member of the National Storytelling Network and the League for the Advancement of New England Storytelling. I facilitate workshops and classes on storytelling and love to help people find a way to pass their stories on.
