I am married to a red headed "Sassenach" for the last 35 years. Still in love. We have one son, one unofficially "adopted" niece and between them and their spouses have 7 grandkids. 5 girls, 2 boys. I love to create fancy cakes, from weddings to kids birthdays, I love to write, and do all sorts of crafty stuff like sew, knit - the usual grandma stuff. I love to travel - Scotland and Hawaii are my favourites - so far. My heritage is Scottish and I'm doing some research into that ancestry piece. Hope to retire in a year or two and really dedicate myself to the book I know is in my head. I was born in St. John's Newfoundland Canada, the youngest of 7, 3 of us still living, have lived in Halifax Nova Scotia, Winnipeg Manitoba, Montreal Quebec and now Calgary Alberta and oh yes - spent a summer in San Lucar de Barrameda in Spain in 1976 learning the language as part of my university program. Was married in England in 1980. Ah…..there's lots more but that's all I can think of right now. Stay tuned!
