Lewis Baden

Lewis Baden, born 1973, is a talented wordsmith, a published poet and a passionate unique San Francisco experience. He has hosted several galas, poetry readings, Frisbee jam outs, Atari 2600 shindigs, and other assorted eccentricities. Lewis recently earned his Master of Art in Creative Writing at San Francisco State University. Lewis grew up in Westport, CT. In 1995 he moved to Charleston, SC. With his outlandish ways, witty insightful poetry, and impressive Frisbee skills, he quickly earned the nickname, “The Frisbee Guy”, to which a local record company recognized him with a release named in his honor! In 1999 Lewis relocated to San Francisco where he currently lives. He has been published in anthologies, continues to perform, and has received numerous awards and grants. Always creating, even when “sheltered in place”, continually engaged in many avenues of pursuit, Lewis Baden is certainly an artist to keep an eye on.
