Les spent his working life in banking and investment, and established his own financial planning practice in 1991. He retired in July 2006 and relocated to Caloundra in October 2016 He is married to Joy, has three sons, and seven grandchildren. Les and Joy enjoy travelling together, walking, music, opera and being near water.
