Sandra Hall Rosser

My life story is about transformation, both spiritually and physically. I am, first and foremost, a daughter of the Most High King. I am a sinner saved by the blood of Jesus, greatly blessed and highly favored. At my highest, I weighed 247 pounds. Through the grace of God, I found peace. In finding peace, I found the strength to get healthy and active, and I’m now at my goal weight, healthier now than at any point in my life. I’m not a medical professional, so anything I share about weight loss and fitness is what's personally worked for me.* Each person's needs are different because our bodies are unique. I have learned that being healthy is a balance between who I am spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I am constantly working on achieving that. Most importantly, I'm just like you. I fail miserably but I also have wonderful moments of success. My promises to those who follow me is to be honest about who I am and what I experience, write as frequently as I can, answer your questions to the best of my ability, and pray for you.
