Larsa Al

I am a rising medical student at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. I studied neuroscience at Duke University and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2011 to pursue research in the field of traumatic brain injury at Barrow Neurological Institute. Following almost two years there, I came to Arusha, Tanzania, to volunteer with an orphanage and medical clinic for three months prior to starting school.
