I have worked in a number of organizations, each with its unique culture and HR practices. Usually working in the non-profit sector, this has been my first experience working in the church, which really is different from a typical non-profit! Always looking for best practices, I am interested in exploring how Anabaptist faith communities can best apply their values to the discipline of Human Resources.
