Kristin Johnson teaches web design and writing courses at Metropolitan State University. Before that she worked for more than ten years as a webmaster, technical trainer, and marketer for various companies. She has a master’s degree in Technical Communication and has published more than 40 short pieces in a variety of journals and newspapers. Her writing awards include: Mystery Writers of America Helen McCloy Award for her novel Knights Before Us, the Loft’s Shabo Award for picture books, and the Loose-leaf Poetry Series contest winner.
